All orders placed directly through Somashiva™ are carefully hand-cleansed, energetically charged, and securely dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Standard delivery across India typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is provided on all direct orders above ₹500.
2. 7-Day Return Policy
We want you to feel complete energetic resonance with your sacred crystals. If you are not entirely satisfied with your direct purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Damage & Breakage Replacements
Because natural crystals are delicate, we take utmost care in packaging. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video at somashivaofficial@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9080603108. We will promptly ship a brand new replacement at no extra charge.
